This DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT contains the rules necessary for you to benefit from the services on our website. By becoming a member of our website, you acknowledge and declare that you have read the User Agreement, understood its content, and accepted and approved its provisions.
1. Parties
This OYUNONE User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'User Agreement'), consisting of this agreement and the documents referred to herein, which form an integral part of the agreement, is concluded between OYUNONE and the User who becomes a member of the Site, for the purpose of the User's membership of the Site, at the moment the agreement is approved by the User in the electronic environment in which the relevant Site is located. By becoming a member of the Site, the User accepts, declares, and undertakes that the User has read the User Agreement in its entirety, fully understood its content, and approved all of its provisions.
2. Definitions
User: A natural or legal person who becomes a member of the Site and benefits from the services offered on the Site under the conditions specified in this agreement. Site: The website consisting of the domain name www.OYUNONE.com and the subdomains connected to this domain name. OYUNONE Services: The products presented within the Site by OYUNONE.
3. Subject Matter and Scope of the Agreement
The subject matter of the User Agreement is to determine the Services offered on the Site, the conditions for benefiting from those Services, and the rights and obligations of the parties. The scope of the User Agreement consists of this agreement and its annexes, as well as all statements, including notices, texts, and explanations made by OYUNONE on the Site regarding use, membership, and the Services. By accepting the provisions of the User Agreement, the User is also deemed to have accepted all statements announced by OYUNONE on the Site regarding use, membership, and the Services. The User accepts, declares, and undertakes to act in accordance with all matters specified in such statements.
4. Conditions of Membership and Use of Services
a) Membership is completed by the person wishing to become a User submitting the information required for membership through the relevant section of the Site, completing the registration process, and OYUNONE approving the registration. Until the membership process is completed, the person shall not have the rights and authority of a User as defined in this agreement.
5. Rights and Obligations
5.1. Rights and Obligations of the User
a) The User accepts, declares, and undertakes that, while completing membership procedures, benefiting from the Services of the Site, and carrying out any transaction relating to the Services on the Site, the User will act in accordance with all terms contained in the User Agreement, the rules stated in the relevant parts of the Site, and all applicable legislation, and that the User has understood and approved all of the above terms and rules.
b) The User accepts, declares, and undertakes that, where required by mandatory provisions of applicable legislation or where it is alleged that the rights of other Users or third parties have been infringed, OYUNONE shall be authorized to disclose confidential/private/commercial information belonging to the User to official authorities and/or rights holders, and that no compensation may be claimed from OYUNONE on any grounds as a result of such disclosure.
c) The security, safekeeping, confidentiality from third parties, and use of the system access credentials (username, password, etc.) used by Users in order to benefit from the Services offered by OYUNONE are entirely the responsibility of the Users. OYUNONE has no direct or indirect liability for any damage suffered or that may be suffered by Users and/or third parties as a result of any negligence or fault by Users concerning the security, safekeeping, confidentiality from third parties, or use of their system access credentials.
d) Users accept, declare, and undertake that the information and content they provide within the Site are accurate and lawful. OYUNONE is neither obliged nor responsible for investigating the accuracy of information and content transmitted to OYUNONE by Users or uploaded, modified, or otherwise provided by Users through the Site, or for undertaking or guaranteeing that such information and content are safe, accurate, and lawful; nor may OYUNONE be held liable for any damage arising from such information or content being incorrect or inaccurate.
e) Users may not assign, in whole or in part, their rights and obligations under the User Agreement to any third party without the written approval of OYUNONE.
f) Persons benefiting from the Services offered by OYUNONE and using the Site may conduct transactions on the Site only for lawful purposes. Users bear full civil and criminal responsibility for every transaction and action they carry out on the Site. Each User accepts, declares, and undertakes that the User will not reproduce, copy, distribute, process, or otherwise use the images, texts, audiovisual materials, video clips, files, databases, catalogs, and lists contained on the Site in a manner that infringes the real or personal rights or property of OYUNONE and/or any third party, and will not directly and/or indirectly compete with OYUNONE through such acts or by any other means. OYUNONE may not be held directly and/or indirectly liable in any way for damage suffered or that may be suffered by third parties due to activities carried out by Users on the Site in breach of the User Agreement and/or the law.
5.1.1 As a Seller
a. you are authorized to list and offer the products and/or services for sale on the Site and that you own the listed products or hold the right to offer them for sale;
b. you have placed on the market, sold and/or imported the products and/or services in compliance with applicable legislation; there is no obstacle to publishing, offering for sale, and selling these products and services on the internet; and the products and services are original and have not been altered or deteriorated;
c. you are authorized to use the trademarks, logos, and other content relating to the products and/or services and to grant the license set out in this agreement;
d. with respect to content necessary for the promotion of the products and/or services, including trademarks, logos, images, technical specifications, and price information, you grant OYUNONE.com, for the duration of this agreement, a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, without limitation as to place, content, or number, in Türkiye and abroad, covering the rights provided under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works and other applicable laws to process, reproduce, distribute, represent, and communicate to the public by broadcasting and rebroadcasting through wired or wireless broadcasting organizations such as radio, television, satellite, and cable, including TV channels and internet promotional media, or by means used for the transmission of signs, sounds and/or images, including digital transmission; to communicate to the public and make available to third parties through digital environments, including the internet; and to communicate to the public and make available to third parties through smart-device applications and/or various mobile devices/environments and technologies known as of the date of this agreement and/or developed after the date of this agreement;
e. the products and/or services have invoices and warranty documents and that all tax obligations relating to the products, including customs duties, have been fulfilled (for products to be delivered from abroad, arrangements may provide that customs duties and charges are the responsibility of the Buyer);
f. you agree to comply with all legal regulations currently in force or that may enter into force in the future, particularly all legislation concerning tax, customs, export, import, consumer protection, electronic commerce, competition, advertising, and intellectual and industrial property rights.
5.2. Rights and Obligations of OYUNONE
a) OYUNONE reserves the right to change the Services and content offered on the Site at any time. OYUNONE may exercise this right without giving any notice or prior warning.
b) OYUNONE may provide links through the Site to other websites and/or portals, files, or content owned and operated by third parties. Such links may be provided by OYUNONE solely for ease of reference for Users and do not constitute support for the website or the person operating it, nor any representation or warranty regarding the website or the information it contains. OYUNONE has no responsibility for portals, websites, files, and content accessed through links on the Site, or for the services or products offered through the portals or websites accessed by such links, or for their content.
c) OYUNONE may use User information contained on the Site or User information relating to membership in any manner it deems appropriate for User security, performance of its own obligations, and certain statistical evaluations. OYUNONE may classify and retain such information in a database.
d) OYUNONE does not act as a mediator or arbitrator in disputes arising between Users and manufacturers within the scope of the Services provided on the Site.
e) Users and OYUNONE are legally independent parties. There is no partnership, agency, or employer-employee relationship between them. Approval and implementation of the User Agreement does not create a partnership, agency, or employer-employee relationship.
e) If OYUNONE considers transactions suspicious, it has the right to refund money transfers made by Users. Where OYUNONE deems necessary, it has the right to request Users' identity cards in the manner it requires.
e) A person who becomes a member of OYUNONE.COM declares and accepts that, within the scope of practices currently in force and/or to be introduced, all companies affiliated with OYUNONE may offer the member product and service promotions, advertisements, campaigns, benefits, surveys, and other customer-satisfaction activities. The member declares and accepts that personal and shopping information and shopping and/or consumer-behavior information provided in the past and/or to be provided in the future when becoming a member of OYUNONE.COM and/or by other means may be collected for the above purposes, shared with all companies affiliated with OYUNONE, and used and archived by all companies affiliated with OYUNONE.COM. Unless the member states otherwise, the member declares and accepts that such data may continue to be collected, shared with all companies affiliated with OYUNONE, and used and archived by all companies affiliated with OYUNONE even after membership ends. Unless the member states otherwise, the member declares and accepts that all companies affiliated with OYUNONE.COM may contact the member through communication channels such as the internet, telephone, SMS, etc. The member declares and accepts that the member will not make any claim for any direct and/or indirect material and/or non-material, negative and/or positive, or other loss alleged to have arisen from the collection, sharing, use, archiving of, or access to the information described above, and will not hold companies affiliated with OYUNONE.COM liable. The member may access detailed information regarding personal data through the personal data protection address.
6. Payments Made and Refunds
Users are obliged to keep documents such as bank receipts and ATM receipts after making payments. These may be requested from you where necessary. OYUNONE is not responsible for payments where such documents cannot be produced. If OYUNONE considers transactions suspicious, it has the right to refund money transfers made by Users. Where deemed necessary, OYUNONE has the right to request Users' identity cards in the manner it requires. E-pin / Digital codes purchased through OYUNONE are personalized and are therefore STRICTLY non-refundable. Users must verify their mobile phone number before making purchases on the Site. OYUNONE works with third-party companies for credit-card and bank payments. Credit-card information is never viewed or stored by OYUNONE. Credit-card approval and risk processes are entirely the responsibility of third-party companies. Bank commissions relating to these payments are covered by OYUNONE when Users make payments, while deductions are charged to the User in the event of refunds. However, in cases such as failure to deliver the purchased product or service, OYUNONE may also cover the refund deductions. Every User who makes a payment to OYUNONE is deemed to have accepted this. If there is a stock problem, your money is held by OYUNONE as account credit; however, upon request, it may be refunded in the same manner in which the Buyer made the payment (Bank, Credit Card), in the name of the person who made the payment. Such refunds may be made only through the payment channel used for the transaction. Refunds cannot be made through certain payment channels (Mobile Payment, G2A Pay, GPay, Western Union, Papara). You may submit a refund request within 14 days from the date on which you submitted your payment notification. Refunds may not be requested for payments older than 14 days. PAYTR refunds are made based on the amount deposited. Partial refunds are not available.
For balance-refund transactions, the User is deemed to accept that the fee determined by OYUNONE on the withdrawal page of the Site will be deducted from the amount withdrawn. If a User requests cash by purchasing a product with funds on the Site funded by credit card, mobile payment, or bank deposit and then selling the product back to us, the funds are subject to a holding and waiting period of at least 2 Business Days. Payments are credited to your accounts based on the descriptions/references you enter with the payment. OYUNONE is not responsible for losses arising from incomplete or incorrect descriptions/references. Bonuses earned on the Site are valid for one year. Unused bonuses will be deleted on the last day of the year.
7. Delivery Times
If there is a stock problem or stock is exhausted as a result of rapid sales during the day, your money is held by OYUNONE as account credit but may be refunded upon request.
8. Incorrect Use of Game Codes, Delivered In-Game Currency, and In-Game Risks
a) If delivered codes are used incorrectly, OYUNONE is not obliged to send a new code.
b) Products reported as defective are investigated by OYUNONE within 15 business days by contacting the authorized companies and the matter is concluded. Products for which there is no User fault are, at the customer's request, refunded or replaced with a new product.
d) OYUNONE is not responsible for all errors that may occur in your In-Game Currency orders. Since we are not the official owner of the games for which we make sales and are only an Official Distributor, we are unable to intervene in problems that may arise within the game. Accounts of Users who purchase game services may be suspended. Our company accepts no responsibility in such cases; responsibility rests entirely with the players.
9. Misdescribed Products
If incorrect or incomplete information is entered on the OYUNONE website regarding products purchased by the User, OYUNONE will accept the product return unconditionally and either issue a refund or deliver the requested product; any resulting price difference will be covered by OYUNONE. If the User purchases the wrong product despite having been provided with sufficient information, the product cannot be returned because it is personalized, and OYUNONE accepts no responsibility.
10. Taxation
OYUNONE carries out all transactions relating to Users within the borders of TÜRKİYE. Every code you purchase and every transaction are within the scope of INTERMEDIARY transactions relating to codes sold on behalf of the relevant company. Every country outside TÜRKİYE must comply with the tax laws of its own country.
11. Other Provisions
11.1. Intellectual Property Rights
a) All elements of the Site (including but not limited to design, text, images, HTML code, and other code) (works subject to OYUNONE's copyrights) belong to OYUNONE and/or are used by OYUNONE under a license obtained from a third party. Users may not resell, share, distribute, display, reproduce, create or prepare derivative works from OYUNONE Services, OYUNONE information, or works subject to OYUNONE's copyrights, nor permit another person to access or use OYUNONE Services. Otherwise, Users shall be responsible for paying the amount of compensation claimed from OYUNONE for losses suffered by third parties, including but not limited to licensors, as well as all other liabilities, including but not limited to court costs and attorney's fees.
b) OYUNONE reserves all rights relating to all of its assets, rights in rem and personal rights, commercial information, and know-how, including all material and intellectual property rights that it owns in connection with OYUNONE Services, OYUNONE information, works subject to OYUNONE's copyrights, OYUNONE trademarks, OYUNONE trade dress, or through the Site.
11.2. Amendments to the Agreement
OYUNONE may, entirely at its own discretion and unilaterally, amend this User Agreement at any time it deems appropriate by publishing the amendment on the Site. Amended provisions of the User Agreement shall become effective on the date they are published; the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without change. This User Agreement may not be amended by unilateral declarations of the User.
11.3. Force Majeure
In all circumstances legally regarded as 'force majeure,' OYUNONE shall not be liable for late or incomplete performance or non-performance of any of its obligations under this User Agreement. Such circumstances shall not be considered delay, incomplete performance, non-performance, or default on the part of OYUNONE, and no compensation may be claimed from OYUNONE on any grounds because of such circumstances. The term 'force majeure' shall be interpreted as unavoidable events beyond the reasonable control of the relevant party and which could not be prevented despite the exercise of due care, including but not limited to natural disasters, riots, war, strikes, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failures, power outages, and adverse weather conditions.
11.4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Turkish law shall apply to the implementation and interpretation of this User Agreement and to the legal relationships arising under its provisions. The Kuşadası Courts and Kuşadası Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over all disputes arising or that may arise from this User Agreement.
11.5. Termination of the Agreement
This User Agreement shall remain in force for as long as the User is a member of the Site and shall continue to produce its effects and consequences between the parties; it shall be deemed terminated if the User's membership expires or is temporarily or permanently suspended. OYUNONE may unilaterally terminate the agreement if Users breach this User Agreement and/or similar rules on the Site regarding use, membership, and the Services, and particularly in the circumstances listed below. Users shall be obliged to compensate OYUNONE for all losses suffered as a result of such termination:
a) the User engages, by any method, in conduct that damages the operation of the Site;
b) the User allows another person to use the membership account created for the User;
c) the User engages in acts that infringe and/or risk infringing the rights of third parties;
12. ANNEXES TO THE AGREEMENT
ANNEX-1 PRIVACY POLICY
At OYUNONE, we have adopted the principle of providing our registered Users with a safer internet environment. For this reason, we have granted our members various privacy rights so that they can feel more comfortable.
a) Membership information and personal information that you provide to OYUNONE will not be disclosed to other members or third parties without your approval, except in the circumstances defined in the User Agreement. However, such information may be used internally by the OYUNONE Site for the purposes of determining customer profiles and conducting statistical studies.
b) Apart from OYUNONE, only you may access all information that you enter into the system, and only you may modify it. Another member or User cannot access or modify information relating to you.
c) Of the personal information requested from you during registration, except for mandatory information, you may provide to OYUNONE any information you choose at your own discretion. If there is information that you prefer not to provide to OYUNONE, you are not obliged to fill in or select those fields.
d) Please remember that processes configured for you, such as mobile-phone activation, IP locking, and keeping login IP records, are intended to enable OYUNONE's valued customers to shop securely. OYUNONE reserves the right to amend the provisions of this agreement where necessary. The Kuşadası District Courts shall have jurisdiction over all disputes arising from this agreement.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND TERMS
As provided in Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, returns are not accepted for products whose original packaging has been damaged or destroyed or which have otherwise been damaged through use, nor for single-use products, copyable games or software, products delivered digitally, or programs. For other refund requests, if you wish to return the product you ordered for any reason after receiving it, the procedure and matters you need to know are as follows: After your return is approved, you will be informed by email of the status of your return and the product price will be refunded. Depending on your bank's processes and practices, it may take an average of two to three weeks for a refund to your credit card to appear on your statement. This process is specific to each bank and our company has no right to intervene in it. You may obtain detailed information from your bank regarding any delay in the appearance of your refund on your credit-card statement.
REFUND TRANSACTIONS OUTSIDE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer is obliged to return the product in the condition in which it was received and to compensate for any commercial loss arising from use. Products Excluded from Returns: Returns are not accepted for campaign or promotional products or products specially prepared, offered for sale and/or imported for specific occasions such as game launches, New Year, Valentine's Day, or Mother's Day; products prepared in accordance with the consumer's requests or clearly in line with personal needs; goods that, by their nature, are unsuitable for return and are at risk of rapid deterioration or expiry. E-pin / Digital codes purchased through OYUNONE are personalized and are therefore STRICTLY non-refundable.
