1. Payment Methods
The following payment methods may be used for purchases made through our website:
- Credit Card / Debit Card: Payments may be made by credit or debit card through a secure payment infrastructure.
- Bank Transfer / EFT: The order amount may be paid via bank transfer or EFT to the specified bank accounts. For payments made by bank transfer/EFT, the order will be processed after the payment reaches our account.
2. Digital Product Delivery
Purchased products are delivered in the form of digital codes (E-Pin). No physical product or courier shipment is provided.
After the payment process has been successfully completed, the digital product code may be displayed by the system on the order screen or sent to the communication channel specified during the order.
3. Delivery Time
For payments made by credit card or debit card, digital codes are delivered as soon as possible after payment approval.
For payments made by bank transfer/EFT, the product is delivered after the payment reaches our account and is approved.
4. Use of Digital Codes
The terms of use for digital codes are subject to the rules of the relevant game, platform, or service provider. After receiving the purchased code, the user is responsible for checking its accuracy and usability.
5. Cancellation and Refund
For digital products, after the product code has been delivered to and/or viewed by the customer, provided that the code is usable, refund and cancellation requests are evaluated in accordance with the applicable legislation and the nature of the product.
