In-Game Service: All in-game materials such as accounts, characters, chars, items, gold bars (gold/bullion/in-game currency), etc. shall hereinafter be referred to in this Agreement as an “In-Game Service.”
PARTIES
1) SITE: The company operating under the domain www.oyunone.com, which acts as an intermediary between the Buyer and the Seller for all In-Game Services such as accounts, characters, chars, items, gold bars (gold/bullion/in-game currency), etc., shall hereinafter be referred to in this Agreement as “OYUNONE.”
2) SELLER: Any third party or parties who create information, images and promotional pages on the Site regarding all In-Game Services such as accounts, characters, chars, items, gold bars (gold/bullion/in-game currency), etc. and make them available to their/our customers shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Seller.”
3) BUYER: Any person or persons who will receive all In-Game Services offered on the Site, such as accounts, characters, chars, items, gold bars (gold/bullion/in-game currency), etc., shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Buyer.”
SELLER
Article 1 - The SELLER undertakes not to recover, through correspondence with the game support service, any account, character or game account that the SELLER has sold. If the SELLER does recover it, the SELLER shall be liable to pay compensation of €5,000 (Five Thousand Euros). (TURKISH PENAL CODE ARTICLE 157 - A person who, by fraudulent conduct, deceives another person and thereby obtains a benefit for themselves or another to the detriment of that person or another person shall be sentenced to imprisonment from one to five years and a judicial fine of up to five thousand days.)
Article 2 - The SELLER is obliged to assist the Buyer with any problems that may arise. After the sale is completed, the SELLER’s phone number and first and last name information will be shared with the Buyer.
Article 3 - The SELLER shall under no circumstances share personal information (Turkish ID number, first and last name, phone number, email, etc.) or account information relating to the listing within the listing. oyunone.com shall not be responsible for any problems arising as a result of the Seller sharing such information.
Article 4 - The SELLER is also responsible for the previous seller of the character or account sold. In the event of any recovery of the account, the SELLER may not cite this as an excuse.
Article 5 - The SELLER accepts responsibility for the accuracy of all information in any listing added to OYUNONE, for cancellation of the sale in the event of missing information, and for any legal sanctions that may arise. The SELLER undertakes not to sell the listed item in-game or through another provider; otherwise, the SELLER must remove the listing from OYUNONE. The SELLER accepts all legal consequences arising from any resulting loss suffered by the BUYER.
Article 6 - The SELLER agrees that the balance due from account (character) listings sold through OYUNONE may be held for 24 hours for security purposes. OYUNONE management may request identity information from the SELLER for verification, temporarily block the OYUNONE account, and hold the payment arising from the sale until identity verification is completed.
BUYER
Article 6 - The BUYER acknowledges that OYUNONE acts only as an intermediary in relation to the listing purchased through OYUNONE and that responsibility after the sale belongs to the BUYER. After completion of the sale, the BUYER may view the SELLER’s first and last name and phone number and may contact the SELLER directly regarding any issues arising after the sale. If the Seller recovers the account, the Buyer may not hold OYUNONE liable for any resulting problems and may not make disparaging posts about OYUNONE on websites, forums, or social media accounts.
Article 7 - The BUYER is obliged to wait until the end of the delivery period specified for the listing purchased through OYUNONE for delivery to be completed. The purchase cannot be cancelled as long as there is no error in the listing information.
Article 8 - In the event of disputes arising during delivery of a listing purchased through OYUNONE, MARKET management may request identity information from the Buyer for verification. OYUNONE may temporarily block the account and may hold the payment made by the BUYER until identity verification is completed and the issue is resolved.
WEBSITE
Article 9 - In disputes that may arise due to failure to comply with the above terms, the AFYON Courts shall have jurisdiction on behalf of MARKET.
Article 10 - In disputes that may arise, MARKET reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings on behalf of the BUYER.
Article 11 - OYUNONE.COM is not the owner or seller of the products and/or services listed in its marketplace. OYUNONE.COM makes no representation, warranty, or undertaking regarding the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of content supplied by users or of the products and services offered for sale. In disputes that may arise, MARKET reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings on behalf of the BUYER.
Article 12 - OYUNONE.COM is an organization that enables both buyers and sellers, as customers of the website, to conduct transactions online and provides intermediary services for the relationship in which the seller delivers the product to the buyer and the buyer transfers the product price to the seller. oyunone.com’s responsibility is limited to the trouble-free online delivery of the product subject to the sale and, upon the Buyer’s approval, the transfer of the price to the Seller. After delivery and approval, oyunone.com shall have no responsibility if the product is subsequently recovered by the Seller through online means for any reason, and oyunone.com has no means of preventing such recovery. If such a dispute occurs, the parties must resolve the legal matter between them through the civil courts or, where the applicable conditions are met, through the public prosecutor’s offices. oyunone.com’s responsibility is limited, where an official request is made, to sharing the identities of the Buyer and Seller and the transaction details with the relevant authorities.
Article 13 - OYUNONE reserves the right to request parental identity and contact information from users under the age of 18. This Agreement consists of 13 Articles. The BUYER and SELLER shall be deemed to have accepted all terms of the above 13 Articles.
TURKISH PENAL CODE ARTICLE 157 -
